We currently ship within the United States only.

Orders with international addresses will be canceled and refunded.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Processing & Production Time
Because all Sassé items are made to order:

Processing/production time: 7–14 business days

Production begins after your order is placed

Processing times may increase during drops, holidays, or high-volume periods

All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service).

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update in the USPS system.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
Sassé is not responsible for:

Packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Delays caused by address errors

Packages returned to sender due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
If a package is returned to us, reshipping fees will apply.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your package is handed to USPS, it is in the carrier’s control.
If your package is:

Delayed in transit

Lost in the mail
