At Sassé, every piece is made with care just for you. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States only.

  • Orders with international addresses will be canceled and refunded.

  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing & Production Time

Because all Sassé items are made to order:

  • Processing/production time: 7–14 business days

  • Production begins after your order is placed

  • Processing times may increase during drops, holidays, or high-volume periods

We promise it’s worth the wait. 💖

Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service).

Available shipping speeds (if applicable):

  • USPS First-Class

  • USPS Priority Mail

  • USPS Priority Mail Express

Shipping speed depends on the option selected at checkout.

 

Estimated Delivery Times

After your order ships:

  • USPS First-Class: typically 2–5 business days

  • USPS Priority: typically 1–3 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update in the USPS system.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

Sassé is not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by address errors

  • Packages returned to sender due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

If a package is returned to us, reshipping fees will apply.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your package is handed to USPS, it is in the carrier’s control.

If your package is:

  • Marked delivered but not received

  • Delayed in transit

  • Lost in the mail

Please first contact USPS to file a claim.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at sasse.businesswork@gmail.com or DM us at mysassestore

  • Clear photos of the damage
